		<description>I love the Goldfish effect! = ) It can definitely be applied to the online world as well. Search engines have made it easier than ever for practices of all sizes to compete on the same playing field.

I am just disappointed that most medical professionals don&#039;t see how valuable the internet can be in growing their practice.</description>
